Iris reads the week out loud and puts the check-up in the calendar, with a reminder the day before.

Nothing to approve: it only plans.

A letter that looks urgent

You say
"I'll show you a letter. It says I have to pay today. Is that right?"
Iris does
From a photo you take with your phone, Iris reads the letter, explains it in plain words and points out what looks unusual.

It never pays because a letter says so: any payment waits for your Face ID.
