Questions
Can customers move their appointment?
Yes. A customer who calls to move an appointment gets a new time from Iris, and you see the change in your calendar.
Does Iris sound like a robot?
Iris speaks in a natural voice and says at the start that it is your AI assistant. Callers who would rather talk to you can leave a message.
My mobile is also my private number. Does Iris answer my friends too?
Only when you do not pick up yourself. Iris tells them you are busy and passes on their message. You can still answer every call yourself.
Where do the calls and customer details go?
Into your own sealed-off Iris, on servers in Europe. Nobody else can see them. You get a data processing agreement when you start.
What if a customer wants to talk to me?
Iris takes the message and passes it on to you straight away, with the number to call back.
What does forwarding my phone cost?
Forwarding is a setting on your own mobile. Some providers charge forwarded minutes as normal calls, so check your plan.
Can I stop?
Yes, every month. The first 30 days cost nothing.
Do I need to enter a card?
Not to sign up. We set everything up first, and you only pay after the free month if you stay.
